One Little Word - "Dare"

Time for a new challenge over at One Little Word, and this time the little word is a H U G E one. We know, deep inside, that daring is good for us, and usually the outcome too. So my next question is: "What's stopping me?". Why is it sometimes so freekin' hard to dare? What scares me enough to keep standing still - og hiding away? Am I afraid to shine?
