Gee, it's been a while since I updated my blog... sorry about that. I've tried several times to be creative and make someting, but each time I've left the room after just a short while - quite grumpy... hmmfrr... I hate those periods... but, I also know that they'll pass and the creativity will be back :)
In the meantime I've read some books, working in my garden, watching films... Actually not bad at all :) And today I finally could feel a growing feeling of inspiration! And I love that feeling.
At the Wednesday Stamper the challenge for the week is to make something with the first letter in your first name. I ended up making myself a hanging signboard for the door to my office. I cut out my letter in thick cardstock, painted it with MM paint and stamped like a maniac! To highlight some of the motifs, I've used a white pen. I also got to try my new Crackle Paint (Ranger). It is SO cool! And it dries so quick. And the colors - yummi! :) I also used a black wax crayon along the edges. All the stamped texts are from ClubStamp.
Thanks for looking - I'm heading back to my work space... I have an ISMAKI-sketch to use :)
